FaceAlchemy™ is more than a facial massage. My signature ritual combines Kobido techniques with breathwork, a focus on calming the nervous system and work to ease tension held in the tissues.

During the ritual, I combine:

• Kobido facial lifting techniques

• Massage of the neck, shoulders and upper back

• Breathwork to help settle the nervous system

• Work on the hands and forearms, if requested

• Subtle energy work incorporating elements of Phantom Surgery, focused on tension and blocks felt in the body
