CHANGE BEGINS WITH NOTICING
The Integrated Process brings together emotion, awareness and the body —
so that what you understand can be felt and sustained.
We meet both online and in person.
We work with the same theme across different levels — until the body no longer holds it.
This process is for people who:
– have already done mental or energetic work
– feel their body hasn’t caught up yet
– want change that lasts
The Integrated Process isn’t about doing more — it’s about working in the right sequence.
Within this process, the body is supported in a series, not a one-off session.
Depending on your needs, this may include:
• a series of Bowen Therapy sessions (most often 3)
• BodyAlchemy™ - work with tension and emotions stored in the tissues
• a combination of both approaches
The goal isn’t temporary relief, but a shift in nervous system responses and the integration of a new pattern in the body.

LEVEL1 -
RESET & DIRECTION

Includes:
• 1 online energy insight session (pattern recognition, direction)
• 2 ALCHEMY body sessions (face + body) or a series of 3 BOWEN sessions
• short online integration session

• naming the core of the issue
• first release of tension in the body
• the feeling of “I know where to begin”
For whom:
For people who feel held back but don't yet know where deeper work is needed.
Level 1 - Reset & Direction

• a series of bodywork sessions:
