ANTI-SMOKING THERAPY – BIORESONANCE SUPPORT IN QUITTING SMOKING
YOU WANT TO QUIT SMOKING, BUT YOU KEEP GOING
BACK TO CIGARETTES?
Many people have tried to quit smoking multiple times. Sometimes it works for a few days or weeks, but stress, habit, or strong nicotine cravings can make returning to smoking very easy.
BICOM bioresonance sessions are often chosen by people who want support in reducing nicotine cravings and receiving additional support during the process of quitting smoking.
WHAT DOES THE SESSION LOOK LIKE?
During the session, the client is connected to the BICOM device using electrodes. The session is individually tailored and usually lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.
In bioresonance, programmes are used to support the body during the process of moving away from nicotine and to support the body’s natural cleansing processes.
For some people, one session may feel sufficient, while others may benefit from additional support — it depends on the individual response of the body, smoking history, and level of nicotine dependency.
PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
To support the body before the session, it is recommended to:
-
increase water intake 2–3 days before the session,
-
limit alcohol and highly stimulating drinks,
-
prioritise rest and hydration,
-
mentally prepare for change and make a conscious decision to stop smoking.
AFTER THE SESSION
Every body responds differently.
Some people notice a reduced urge to reach for cigarettes, while others experience a greater sense of calm or changes in how cigarette smoke tastes or smells.
In the first few days, temporary adjustment responses may occur, such as:
-
increased thirst,
-
tiredness or sleepiness,
-
irritability,
-
a greater need for rest.
After the session, it is recommended to stay well hydrated and reduce exposure to situations or triggers previously associated with smoking.
SUPPORT THROUGH CHANGE
Quitting smoking is a process that, alongside physical support, also requires commitment and readiness for change.
BICOM bioresonance may provide additional support for people who wish to reduce nicotine dependence and regain more freedom in everyday life.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Sessions are not carried out for individuals with:
-
a pacemaker,
-
active electronic implants,
-
an insulin pump.
In pregnancy, the scope of the session is considered individually.
